What you need:
*A Blender or Food Processor
*A Can of Green Beans
That's it? Yep, that's it!
Instructions: 1.) Pour Green Beans into Blender or Food Processor. Important: DO NOT DRAIN GREEN BEANS. Most often a large number of nutrients from vegetables are in the fluid in canned veggies. Instead of using water like I do in most of my other recipes, I just use the fluid from the can to form the liquid consistency.
2.) Blend until you have a smooth liquid consistency (if you have to add a little water to achieve this - do so. Stir & serve.
Refrigerate leftovers & serve within 24 hours or freeze & thaw for meals at a later date. To re-heat: DO NOT EVER USE A MICROWAVE. Re-heat on the stove on low heat until mildly warm. Use your own discretion to make sure it is not too hot for your baby.
