![]() What you need: *A Blender or Food Processor *A Can of Green Beans That's it? Yep, that's it! Instructions: 1.) Pour Green Beans into Blender or Food Processor. Important: DO NOT DRAIN GREEN BEANS. Most often a large number of nutrients from vegetables are in the fluid in canned veggies. Instead of using water like I do in most of my other recipes, I just use the fluid from the can to form the liquid consistency. 2.) Blend until you have a smooth liquid consistency (if you have to add a little water to achieve this - do so. Stir & serve. Refrigerate leftovers & serve within 24 hours or freeze & thaw for meals at a later date. To re-heat: DO NOT EVER USE A MICROWAVE. Re-heat on the stove on low heat until mildly warm. Use your own discretion to make sure it is not too hot for your baby. Do you have any fun baby food recipes to share with us? If so, post them below in comments!
